Hi, I’m Jen – welcome to Planning Calm from Chaos.

This blog is all about making life feel a little easier, calmer, and more organised through planning and journaling. I started it because I know what it’s like to juggle work, family, and personal goals while still wanting a sense of balance. Planning and journaling helped me find that balance, and now I share what works in the hope it can help you too.
