We’re nearly at the end of the week and it is Day 6 of my 7 Days of Free Printables. And today’s printable is a pretty weekly meal planner.
Over the last few days I’ve been sharing new printables for you to download for free. Yesterday’s freebie was this 20 minutes a day tracker. All my freebies are being added to my new subscriber-only free resource library. You can check out this post – 7 Days of Free Printables for the complete list.
So my sixth free printable is this Weekly Meal Planner. You can find the download link at the end of this post.
When I’m trying to eat healthily I find it much easier if I know what I am going to eat each day. And with this meal planner you can plan the whole week in advance. Or take it just a day or two at a time.
This weekly meal planner is also great if you are just like me and need a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack.
You can find the download links for my planner at the bottom of this post. If you’re a subscriber then you have access to all my freebies in my subscriber resource library.
If you’d like to receive updates about all my new freebies and blog posts, along with useful planning tips and inspiration then sign up for my weekly newsletter below. I’ll also send you the password to my free subscriber-only resource library.
What Are the Benefits of Meal Planning?
- It saves money. If you have your meals planned you’re not going to need to order takeaways off the cuff. Shopping trips should also be cheaper as you are only buying what you need. Being organised and planning in advance may also prevent the need for extra midweek shops for forgotten ingredients.
- It makes it easier to reach health goals. You can choose healthy recipes instead of picking up fast food. And you can fill your fridge up with food that will help you towards your goals, knowing when you will be eating it.
- To save waste. By meal planning you only buy what you need for the week, resulting in less waste. You can also check your cupboards and plan your meals around ingredients you already have in.
- To reduce stress. You know what you are cooking and you know you have the ingredients. This reduces decision fatigue and the draining feeling of having to think of a meal every evening.
