Do you ever sit down to plan your meals and find your mind goes completely blank? You know you’ve made dozens of family-favourite meals over the years, but when it comes to writing your weekly menu, you can’t think of a single one.

That’s exactly why I created these free printable recipe cards and recipe pages — so you can keep all your go-to dishes in one place and never run out of inspiration again.

These recipe printables are available in 8.5x11", A4 and 6x4" sizes, perfect for building a personalised recipe collection that you can add to week after week.

You might also like to pair them with my Free Weekly Meal Planner Printable to make menu planning even easier.

Why Use Printable Recipe Cards?

There’s something lovely about writing down your favourite recipes by hand. These simple, stylish printables help you:

  • Keep your recipes organised in one place

  • Build your own family recipe collection

  • Share favourites with friends and loved ones

  • Create a meaningful, practical gift

  • Make meal planning less stressful

6×4 printable recipe cards

These 6x4 printable recipe cards come in three clean, minimalist designs, with two cards per page. I recommend printing them on white cardstock so they’re sturdy enough for daily kitchen use.

You can print as many as you need and store them neatly in a recipe box or tin. (There are some lovely ones on Etsy and Amazon.) If you have a laminator, you could laminate the cards to protect them from spills.

Each card includes space for the recipe title, number of servings, prep and cook time, ingredients, and directions. I’ve also added a little five-star review area so you can easily spot your top-rated dishes.

Printable full size recipe pages

Prefer to keep your recipes in a binder? These full-size printable recipe pages are available in A4 and 8.5x11 inches, ready to print and pop straight into a folder or page protector.

Each page has plenty of space to write down your ingredients and instructions, plus dedicated areas for:

  • Recipe name and category

  • Servings, prep, and cook time

  • Notes and special tools

  • Where you found the original recipe

I like to keep a couple of spare sleeves at the back of my recipe book for magazine clippings or printed recipes I’d like to try. If they’re a hit, I transfer them onto one of these printable recipe pages to make them part of our regular rotation.

How to Use These Recipe Printables

Here are a few tips to get the most from your printables:

  • Print on white cardstock for extra durability
