My new printable I wanted to share today is this free printable step tracker.
It’s that time of year again when many of us want to set some goals and new healthy habits.
My priority this year is to lose some weight and be more active. I’ve not been going out to work for the last couple of months and the pounds have crept up, and my step count has gone down. Some days I’ve ended up with fewer than 1000 steps! Not good.
So I created this printable step tracker to use and set myself a step challenge to increase my step count from 7000 steps to 10000 steps a day through January.
And so far so good.
Many people now own step trackers. Whether it’s an Apple Watch, Fitbit or even on your mobile phone it’s pretty easy to track how many steps you are taking each day. But if you are anything like me, the most you do is perhaps glance at your step total occasionally and that’s it.
That’s where this printable step tracker comes in. By setting a challenge and then recording your results you are more likely to be able to stick to, and achieve your goals. And it’s much more rewarding seeing your efforts recorded in front of you on paper.
I keep my tracker by my bed and make sure I write my steps down each night to try and make it a habit. I’ve also been trying to take a photo each day and posting to Instagram to keep a record of my walks and keep them interesting.

Free printable step tracker
My free printable step tracker comes as a 3 page PDF with the first page being my challenge I’m actually doing at the moment if you fancy having a go. By the end of the 4 weeks I’m hoping to increase my steps from 7000 to 10000 a day.
Not wanting to stop there, the next page is a 10000 steps a day challenge tracker. I’m going to be using this one in February to continue to build my new habit.
The last page is a blank 28 day step challenge tracker to set your own step goals. Feel free to print these trackers off and set walking challenges between your family or friends.
The PDFs come in A4 and 8.5 x 11 inch size.
