21 Day Walking Challenge

How are you getting on with your new year’s health or fitness resolutions? I was a super-motivated machine in January but now, 3 months on, old habits are sneaking back in and I want that enthusiasm to return. So I’ve created this Free 21 Day Walking Challenge.

free 21 day walking challenge

I’ve set this walking challenge up so it’s suitable for all abilities but particularly with beginners in mind. Or those who are struggling to find the time to fit a walk in.

Starting with just 15 minutes of walking on day 1, you will steadily build up to 45 minutes of walking by day 21. And hopefully by then you’ll have developed a new habit and love of walking with all the amazing health and wellbeing benefits it can bring.

So, What is the 21 Day Walking Challenge?

If you’d like to join the challenge you can sign up for free in the link above.

Everyone who joins will receive a free printable challenge calendar so you can record each day’s walk. I’ve also included a printable 21 day walking journal with prompts and space to get you thinking about what you might be gaining from your walking experiences. I’d love you to think of your walk as a daily indulgence and treat to look forward to.

You’ll then receive daily emails for the next 3 weeks packed with useful and motivating walking tips and info. Everything you need to know to get the most out of your walking. Ways to change things up a bit and maybe challenge yourself a little more.

It’s exciting, right?

I’m looking forward to getting started tomorrow. With the added challenge of taking a photo of each day to share on Instagram. #21daywalkingchallenge2021 if you want to join in. I took a photo each day when I was walking in January and I’m interested in seeing the seasonal changes. Doesn’t a walking challenge every season sound like a great idea?
